Only a competent electrician should work on your installation. If you have a problem, here is some general advice as to how to manage the situation until they arrive.

1. Physical separation: Ensure no persons or pets can access the fault/problem

2. Isolate: If you can visually identify the circuit that the fault/problem is on at your main distribution board (‘fuse box’) and can switch off supply to it, do so.

3. Call, message or Whatsapp us for more advice or to arrange a visit as soon as possible.
