Elding Electrical is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We only collect and process the information necessary to carry out electrical work, issue certificates, and manage our business relationship with customers (such as names, addresses, contact details, and job records). Personal data will only be used for legitimate business purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the customer’s consent (for example, when notifying Building Regulations compliance through NAPIT).

All records are stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, or warranty requirements. Customers have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
