Elding Electrical is committed to delivering high-quality electrical services and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with the work we carry out.
Before starting any project, we will agree the scope of work, timescales, and expected outcomes with the customer. Estimates are provided as a best guide based on the information available at the time, and final costs may vary if additional work or materials are required. Any changes will be discussed and agreed with the customer before proceeding.
If a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, complaints may be made verbally or in writing. We will acknowledge all complaints promptly, investigate them fairly, and take appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely manner. Where necessary, complaints may also be referred to NAPIT as part of their complaints procedure.
Our aim is to work openly and honestly with customers, providing clear communication from start to finish to ensure a professional and reliable service.
